Olentangy Park's 28th season opening first on Easter Sunday, April 23, 1916, with Cincione's band providing afternoon and evening open-air concerts and Carbone's Dance Orchestra playing music for the Dancing Pavilion.[1][2] Due to bad weather, the park held a second opening a week later on April 30, 1916.[3] The park's managers were J.W. and W.J. Dusenbury.[1][2]
