E. Joy Morris was a prominent carousel builder and designer active during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. His company, the E. Joy Morris Carousel Company, operated out of Philadelphia and was active from around 1896 to 1903.[1] He continued to design carousel animals after Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters (PTC) purchased his company.[2][3][4]
