The Olentangy Park and Zoo opened for the 1909 season on Sunday, ??? 1909, The park closed for the season on Sunday, ??? 1909.
The park expanded by 25 acres to the north.[1]
Notable Events
A resolution was passed for Columbus to annex Indianola Park. It was seen as unfair to annex Indianola Park and not Olentangy Park.[2]
Past Olentangy Park grounds superintendent George T. Groce was appointed landscape gardener at Barracks Park.[3]
