The Zarro Amusement Device Co. was managed by J. W. Zarro and was headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, and later, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh.[1]

A 1915 advertisement said the company created and installed "Fun Houses, Joy Mills, Riding Devices, Old Mills and everything in the amusement line." They claimed to be the "largest builders of amusement devices in the world."[1]
