A Photographic Gallery or Photo Gallery opened at Olentangy Park in 1906. It was "equipped for day and night work."[1] The attraction only lasted a year, burning down in a fire that started in the motion picture building. The one-story frame was "rendered useless," and the fire department estimated the damage to the gallery at $200 ($3,346 in 2024).[2]
Prior to the existence of a dedicated building, there was a photography booth as early as 1901 south of the Dancing Pavilion and just north of the wooden footbridge extending from the Theater.[3]
There was a photo gallery later, according to the 1922 Sanborn Map, located just south of the Scenic Coaster.[4]
